Matt and his team are very good at what they do. Matt went above and beyond to market my house and his team made sure the sale went smoothly. I can't say enough but I will say, they are Professional, Attentive, Responsive, and Trustworthy!

Miles was our agent for the selling of two properties. We found him very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the true value of our properties and the negotiations needed to complete the sales of these homes. We got a better deal because we used Miles. There were many good reasons we used Miles, twice.

Miles has made the purchase of our next home a real pleasure. From beginning to end, he has been professional, thorough, and totally committed to our complete satisfaction throughout the process. We have bought and sold several homes, and this has been the smoothest transaction of all. He managed all aspects remotely, from financial to inspections, and closing. Highest marks, because everything had to be handled remotely.
Miles worked with me to sell my home as is. He provided good guidance during the negotiations, never pushing me one way or another. The process, as stressful as it was selling the home where I lived for 30 years, raised my kids and had many memories, was manageable. The team was supportive throughout the process to closing.
Matt was instrumental in providing guidance on what steps were needed ti get our house ready to list. Initially offered a lowered listing price, but upon discussing what we saw in the neighborhood, increased the list price. We eventually sold for $10k higher with a secondary offer. Would recommend Matt.
Matt is Awesome! He and his team are very Professional, Respond at the drop of a dime, Listen to your needs and wants and will tell you what you need but, will do what you want. I had and amazing experience with this team and will use them again before anyone else. Matt went above and beyond to get my house sold, and his team made it go smoothly
